  • 1 Cup tapioca balls
  • 4 Cups White Sugar
  • 12 Bags Black Tea
  • 150 Gram Adzuki beans
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Ice

Instructions
 

  • Take a pan and put 2 cups of water in it and add red beans, boil the red beans till they become soft which may take 30 to 40 minutes. After the red beans become soft, add it to the mixture and add sugar and 2 spoons of water to make a paste.
  • Take a vessel and put 12 black teas in it and add 6 cups of water and boil after boiling keep it to cool at room temperature with tea bags or keep it in the refrigerator.
  • Take a pot and boil 6 cups of water, pour tapioca pearls over the water and boil it till it becomes soft. It may take 20 to 25 minutes for the tapioca pearls to become soft. After the tapioca pearls become soft, take them out of this water and wash them with cold water and keep them aside.
  • To make sugar syrup, put hot water in a pan and add white sugar to it, let the sugar dissolve completely.
  • Soak tapioca pearls in the prepared syrup for 30 minutes.
  • Now it is the turn to make Red Bean Boba Tea, then in the prepared things, first of all put black tea with red bean paste in a big glass and mix it well.
